HOW WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION:
Your information is securely stored in our cloud based backup storage sites (Microsoft OneDrive and Carbonite).
We keep your name and email address for so long as the trustees consider it necessary, which for financial transactions is a minimum of six years. We will then dispose of your information by deleting information from cloud based backup storage sites.

You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.

You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
